SAKKAB BROS – HILTI JORDAN is seeking to recruit “Customer Service Representative” for a full-time position, as per the following qualifications:

– B.Sc. in Business Administration or other related fields

– Minimum 1-2 year of work experience in customer service

– Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information

– Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments

– Manage large amounts of incoming calls

– Good Computer skills including Microsoft office Excellent working

– A high level of customer service and communication skills

– A good level of experience in customer service
