“Operation Manager assistant – Administrative Works” – Female
Key qualifications:
Proven admin or assistant experience, preferably in the automobile industry or related field.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to details and problem-solving skills
Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills
Excellent report writing skills
Strong organizational skills
Analytical skills
Proficient in MS Office
Ability to work with a team
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area
Bachelor’s degree of business administration
Duties:
Monitoring sales consultant daily walk-ins sheet
Performing daily sales and maintain all records for future references.
Follow up and reviewing customer files.
Follow up and provide information on activities
Daily follow up on social media platforms.
Drafting monthly report (summarizing social media activities, events, service activities and sales)
Maintain sales inventory records
