Customer Service Advisor ( Call Center ) – Ajloun
You will serve as the first point of contact between Zain and our loyal customers, and you will be assisting them in a professional manner that will reflect our Zain values and mission.
Your Responsibilities Will Include But Not Be Limited To
- Handing a high volume of in-bound calls and greet customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assess and evaluate customer concerns and resolve their problems in an efficient and timely manner.
- Provide product and service information to our customers.
- Promote Zain’s products and services by understanding customer needs and interest and providing them with the right offers that match those needs.
- Trouble shoot service equipment issues.
- Adhere to, and fulfill, individual and team Performance Metrics.
Working Hours will be 6 to 8 hours / per day as a max
