Under the direct supervision of the Chief of Mission (CoM), and in close coordination with relevant units in IOM HQ, Geneva and Regional Office (RO) Cairo, the incumbent will be responsible for managing, coordinating and overseeing all programmatic aspects in the fields of migration management and emergency response for the mission as well as developing and maintaining liaison with the government, UN and all other relevant stakeholders.
