A- Assistant Restaurant Manager
Job Accountability and Responsibilities

 Examines Restaurant For Conformance To Concept & Health Standards.
 Reviews and follow up documentation to assess the quality of restaurant operations.
 Generates performance reviews for all team members.
 Oversees the training of Team members.
 Generates work schedules for team members.
 Exchanges information about restaurant operations with concept personnel.
 Follow – up customer satisfactions system.
 Good background with POS system.

Kills & Qualifications:
 Good communication and interpersonal skills
 Excellent Hospitality skills.
 Team-leading skills.
 Good organizational skills.
 Computer literate.
 Good command in English language.
